In this exhibition, industrial and commercial energy storage integrated cabinet products have become a major highlight, showing three significant trends.
314Ah cells have been gradually applied to industrial and commercial energy storage integrated cabinet systems, and the capacity of energy storage cabinets has also been increased from the general specification of 215kWh to 241kWh, 261kWh or even higher, achieving a significant increase in volume specific energy density.
2. Integration of high-voltage box and PCS
In order to reduce the volume and footprint of the industrial and commercial energy storage integrated cabinet, a number of manufacturers will remove the high pressure box processing, and by integrating pcs and high pressure box, significantly reduce the footprint, making the whole cabinet more compact volume.
3. Fire safety measures have been strengthened
With the issuance of more stringent new regulations on energy storage in many coastal cities, the pre-approval stage has significantly increased the fire protection requirements, and industrial and commercial energy storage projects that cannot pass the fire protection review will not be able to be filed. Therefore, energy storage system integration manufacturers have strengthened fire safety measures, the use of sound, temperature monitoring and other advanced technologies, combined with flammable gas multidimensional thermal runaway monitoring and early warning system, greatly improving the accuracy and timeliness of fire monitoring and early warning.
